Previously, Rob's practice centered on business formation, commercial transactions, commercial lending, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and related civil litigation. Since completing Delaware Superior Court Mediation Training in 2007, he has been actively involved in ADR, serving as an arbitrator, mediator, and neutral assessor under the ADR Programs of the Delaware Courts.
