Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development, Jennifer Lucas-Ross, shares perspective and experiences in her legal career in the opening episode of the 2024 NALP AEC Lawyers Who Lead podcast series.

Throughout the podcast, Jennifer highlights the firm's emphasis on fostering a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development. Within her role at Morris James, Jennifer plays an integral part in the onboarding and retention of new legal talent.
