Music Happens Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to help foster programs, subsidies, and financial programs for struggling musicians of all ages. The idea came together during the Covid-19 lockdown as founder Alan and Mary Knight, owners of Frantic Fret Music and Antiques Store in Milton, Delaware, saw a need within their communities and reacted.

Morris James’ Ken Dorsney, Cortlan Hitch, and the IP practice group not only helped legally in the formation of this nonprofit but generously donated a Gibson ’59 guitar to be raffled off to benefit the organization.

Only 250 tickets at a $100 value will be sold for the raffle. For more information on the mission and projects of Music Happens Project or for more information on the raffle, please click here.
